Crafted from Petite Arvine 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel. The wine is aged 12 months in steel. A wine reflecting the extreme high-altitude terroir of the Valle d'Aosta.
