This exceptional Valle d'Aosta DOC showcases the authentic character of Valle d'Aosta. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Petite Arvine 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in moraine soil, faced South, 500 m above sea level. Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation for 12 days in steel tanks. The wine is aged 9 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the extreme high-altitude terroir of the Valle d'Aosta.
