Crafted from Petite Arvine 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on soils of moraine-sandy origin. Vinification: manual harvesting, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged a few months in steel tanks. A wine showing the alpine purity typical of this small mountain region.
