Crafted from Petite Arvine 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. Vinification: soft pressing, fermentation for 12 days in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 18 ° C. The wine is aged 6 months “sur lies” with frequent batonnage. A wine reflecting the extreme high-altitude terroir of the Valle d'Aosta.
