Petite Arvine 'Nuances' Ottin

A fine example of Valle d'Aosta winemaking, this Valle d'Aosta DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Petite Arvine 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards late harvest with attack botrytis cinerea. Vinification: manual harvesting, soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and secondary fermentation in the bottle according to the Classical Method. The wine is aged 12 months in tonneaux of 500 liters. A wine true to the rare, mountain-driven character of Valle d'Aosta wines.
