A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pinot Blanc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clay soils characterised by a stratification of sandstone marls of Eocene origin. Vinification: manual harvesting with alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months, 90% steel and 10% barrique. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
