This Collio DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pinot Bianco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: soft pressing, fermentation in steel vats with pied de cuve at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 9 months in steel tanks. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
