This Collio DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Blanc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Capriva del Friuli, facing south, on marly soils. Vinification: soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel. The wine is aged 9 months in stainless steel tanks. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
