Hailing from Alto Adige, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pinot Blanc 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 550 metres above sea level, faced to South East. Vinification: soft pressing and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in oak barrels. The wine is aged 9 months in oak tonneaux. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
