The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 550 metres above sea level, faced to South East. Vinification: soft pressing and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in oak barrels. The wine is aged 9 months in oak tonneaux. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
