A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Bianco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on hilly marl soils of ecocene origin. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for 10-12 days at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 9 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
