This Collio DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pinot Grigio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Cappuccina and Guyot system in marny and clayey soils located in Ruttars, in Dolegna del Collio village. Vinification: cold maceration for 8 months, cold settling and alxcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for the 70% and in barrique from Allier for the 30%.
