Crafted from Pinot Grigio 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. Vinification: 10% of the mass ferments in large wooden barrels and 90% in steel. The wine is aged 5 months: 90% in steel and 10% in large wooden barrels.
