Pinot Grigio Muzic

This exceptional Collio DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pinot Grigio 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a hilly marny soil in San Floriano del Collio area. Vinification: destemming, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for 8-10 days. The wine is aged 8 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
