This exceptional Collio DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pinot Grigio 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. Vinification: delicate destemming, very short maceration on the skins, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 12 months on the lees in steel tanks and, for the 10%, in barrique; then at least 24 months in bottle. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
