This Trentino DOC captures the distinctive personality of Trentino terroir. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pinot Gris 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines up to 30 years of age located on hilly and mountainous soils at different altitudes with calcareous and marly soils of glacial origin. Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged circa 12 months in steel tanks. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
