This exceptional Trentino DOC showcases the authentic character of Trentino. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Müller Thurgau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 15 to 20 years old vines located between 550 and 700 meters a.s.l. Vinification: destemming and soft pressing and short maceration on the skins, alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks "sur lies". A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
