This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pinot Nero 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at about 350-420 meters above sea level on soils rich in morainic deposits. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel with maceration on the skins for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. The wine is aged 6 months in oak wood barrels. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
