A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Pinot Noir 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Ronco di Cornaiano at an altitude of 500 meters, on medium-textured soils of glacial origin. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and 4 weeks maceration of the skins. The wine is aged 23 months in oak barrels. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
