This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Pinot Noir 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in calcareous soils at 400-600 metres above sea level, faced to South-East and South-West. Vinification: maceration on the skins for 10 days, alcoholic and malolactic fermnetation in steel tanks. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks and in big oak barrels. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
