Crafted from Pinot Noir 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines of 15-35 years old located at 400 meters above sea level on soils of morainic origin. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in wooden barrels for 3 weeks at controlled temperature and malolactic fermentation in wood barrels. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
