Pinot Nero 'L'Emerico' Ottin

This Valle d'Aosta DOC captures the distinctive personality of Valle d'Aosta terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Pinot Noir 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 600-700 metres above sea level, faced to South-Est. Vinification: cold maceration for one week and alcoholic fermentation for 10 days in steel tanks. The wine is aged 18 months in big oak barrels. A wine true to the rare, mountain-driven character of Valle d'Aosta wines.
