Crafted from Pinot Noir 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines on sandy soils 700 meters above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel followed by pre-fermentation cold maceration. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique, one quarter of the mass in large wood. A wine true to the rare, mountain-driven character of Valle d'Aosta wines.
