This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Pinot Nero 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Mazzon, above Neumarkt, on slopes facing south-west, on clayey and calcareous soils. Vinification: manual harvest, then in stainless steel vats for fermentation (12-15 days). The wine is aged 15 months in oak barrels, barriques and then 6 months in bottle. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
