Crafted from Pinot Noir 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Ponkler vineyard, at 700 metres above sea level on soils rich in porphyry with south, south-east esposition. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in open steel vats and malolactic in barrique. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique and 24 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
