This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Pinot noir 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards raised on soils composed of permeable moraine deposits on a porphyry base. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 15 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in wood. The wine is aged 24 months in french barrique and tonneau. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
