This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Pinot Noir 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 1030 meters above sea level at Koflhof in Aladino from the Kofl vineyard facing south. Vinification: fermentation for about 7 days at costant temperature with contact with the skins. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique and 6 months in steel tanks. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
