This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Pinot Noir 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards at an altitude of 350-450 m with south-west exposure on dense soils of morainic origin in the municipality of Eppan. Vinification: in steel tanks with maceration of the skins and at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 12 months in oak barriques. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
