This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Pinot Noir 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks for 20 days. Without filtrations and with minimum added sulphites during bottling. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
