The fruit is sourced from vineyards between 350 and 700 metres above sea level on silty and sandy soils, los yields. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in open steel vats frequently plunged and malolactic in barrique. The wine is aged 15 months in tonneau and barrels then 12 months in bottle.
