Produced in Sicily, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Pinot Noir 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards single plot at 1000 metres above sea level on Etna Northern side on clayey soils. Vinification: alcoholic spontaneous fermentation in open vats with only indigenous yeasts and malolactic in second passage tonneau. The wine is aged 12 months in used tonneau, 6 months in steel vats and 6 months in bottle. A wine showing the island's unique volcanic terroir and Mediterranean influence.
Sicily, the Mediterranean's largest island, pairs ancient viticultural heritage with a dynamic modern wine renaissance.
