Pinot Noir 'L'Emerico' Ottin

This Valle d'Aosta DOC captures the distinctive personality of Valle d'Aosta terroir. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Noir 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 600-700 metres above sea level, faced to South-Est. Vinification: cold maceration for one week and alcoholic fermentation for 10 days in steel tanks. The wine is aged 18 months in big oak barrels. A wine showing the alpine purity typical of this small mountain region.
