Pinot Noir Magnum Ottin

This exceptional Valle d'Aosta DOC showcases the authentic character of Valle d'Aosta. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Noir 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines on sandy soils 700 meters above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel followed by pre-fermentation cold maceration. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique, one quarter of the mass in large wood. A wine reflecting the extreme high-altitude terroir of the Valle d'Aosta.
