Pinot Noir 'Mason' Manincor

This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Noir 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Mazzon area, from 4 hectares located at 400-450 meters above sea level with southern exposure on sandy soils rich in debris. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in wooden vats and maceration on the skins for two weeks. The wine is aged 16 months in barrique. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
