This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Pinot Nero 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards breeding at 350m above sea level on calcareous and clayey soils. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks for 18-20 days, with malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 15 months in big and small oak barrels. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
