Crafted from Sangiovese 75%, Cabernet Sauvignon 25%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Castelnuovo Berardenga, at an altitude of 250 m. asl., with exposure to the South-West. Vinification: steel fermentation for 10 days, with a maceration of the skins further 20 days at the end of fermentation. The wine is aged 16-18 months in barrique, then 6 months in bottle.
