Primitivo di Manduria Attanasio

This Primitivo di Manduria DOC captures the distinctive personality of Puglia terroir. With 16.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Primitivo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 40-50 years old vines grown with alberello system on red soils of alluvial origin. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats with controlled temperature with long skins maceration. The wine is aged 11 months in steel vats and 15 months in barrique (20% new). A wine capturing the rustic charm of Puglia's ancient vineyards.
