The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines of 25-40 years old at 175 mt of altitude on the hills near Florence. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in cement thanks with indigenous yeasts, maceration on the skins for 3 weeks, pumping over and delestage. No filtrations, clarifications and no addition of sulfites. The wine is aged some months in cement tanks. A wine capturing the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany in every glass.
