Produced in Tuscany, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Sangiovese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old and new plantings up to 160 metres above sea level on soils rich in clay, loam and sand. Biodynamic farming. Vinification: maceration on the skins for 48 hours, alcoholic spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts in steel vats and maceration with batonnage on the lees. Bottling without adding sulphites, unfiltered and unfined. The wine is aged few months in oak barrels then in bottle. A wine capturing the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany in every glass.
