Crafted from Glera 97%, Verdiso 3%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 250 meters above sea level on morainic soils dating back to the last ice age, composed of layers of sandy silt, clayey silt, gravels and pebbles. Vinification: refermentation in autoclave according to the Charmat/Martinotti method. The wine is aged in barriques for 7 months, with daily battonages.
