At 11% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Glera 95%, Chardonnay 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards hills of the towns of Valdobbiadene-Vidor-Farra di Soligo soils of glacial origin, with soil clay and limestone. Vinification: automated soft pressing with static decantation of the must, then fermentation with selected yeasts and refermentation in autoclave following the Charmat or Martinotti Method. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
