Its modest 11% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Glera 90%, Bianchetta 5%, Perera 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards at an altitude of 300 m. asl., on soil rich in clay. Vinification: produced following the Charmat or Martinotti method, with fermentation in autoclave. The wine is aged 10 months in oak barrels.
