Crafted from Glera 98%, Verdisio 1%, Perera 1%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in San Gallo in Soligo on clayey-calcareous soil at 380 meters above sea level. Vinification: soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in steel and second fermentation in autoclave for 100 days according to Charmat/Martinotti Method. The wine is aged 3 months in bottle.
