This Prosecco di Valdobbiadene-Conegliano DOCG stands as a benchmark for Veneto's highest quality classification. Its modest 11.5% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Glera 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards farms at 450 metres above sea level on calcareous-clay soils. Vinification: second fermentation in steel autoclave according to Charmat/Martinotti method for 30 days and aged for 30-90 days on the yeasts. The wine is aged 36 months on the lees. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
