Its modest 11.5% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Glera 85%, Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Verdiso 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the Valdobbiadene hills at 200 metres above sea level. Vinification: second fermnetation in steel tanks according to the Martinotti or Charmat Method. The wine is aged 5 months on the lees in steel tanks for the 80% and in big oak barrels for the 20%. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
