Crafted from Trebbiano Modenese, Trebbiano di Spagna, Malvasia lunga, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located in the municipalities of Appiano, Cortaccia and Pochi on gravelly, calcareous, morainic and clayey soils on the surface. Vinification: harvested by hand, maceration on the skins for 15 days, alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks using only indigenous yeasts, no clarification or filtration.
