This Collio DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Ribolla gialla 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards hilly terrain of clay marl and sandstone ('ponca') at 220 metres above sea level. Vinification: 24 hours of maceration in contact with the skins and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 7 months in steel in contact with yeasts, bottle-ageing. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
