Ribolla Gialla Muzic

This exceptional Collio DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Ribolla Gialla 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a hilly marny soil in San Floriano del Collio area. Vinification: destemming, maceration on the skins for 12 hours at 15°C, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for 8-10 days. The wine is aged 8 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
