With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Ribolla Gialla 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clay soils characterised by a stratification of sandstone marls of Eocene origin. Vinification: manual harvesting with alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months, 90% steel and 10% barrique.
