This Collio DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Ribolla Gialla 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats with maceration on the skins for over one months, without temperature control. The wine is aged 12 months on the lees in big oak barrels and 36 months in steel tanks. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
