Ribolla Gialla 'Vigna Runc' Il Carpino

This Collio DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Ribolla Gialla 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards guyot-trained vines on soils with marls and sandstones exposed to the southeast. Vinification: the grapes are harvested and pigio-de-stemmed and undergo an alcoholic fermentation of about 12 days in steel. The wine is aged 8 months in stainless steel tanks. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
